Men used ‘key jammer’ to steal luxury motor as part of hi-tech car theft racket
Mindaugas Grizas, 36, and Lukas Zvirgzdys, 18, used a sophisticated gadget to allow them to steal the car from outside the owner’s house without needing to use the keys.
Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told a 999 call reporting the luxury car with a personalised licence plate being stolen from the driveway of a property in Dereham had been made at 2.30am on April 6.Police had arrested the pair after spotting the vehicle with them inside on the A47 at Necton just 12 minutes later.
CCTV footage had shown them using a “key jammer”,........
