Joseph Cahill, 34, was arrested after being captured on CCTV entering stores across Norwich, Broadland and Dereham before urinating on the shop floor, displays and stock.

The bizarre behaviour occurred on multiple occasions in a month-long spree during November and December last year.

Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told police had been called after his actions led to hundreds of pounds worth of damage.

The stores targeted included branches of Homebase and B&Q.
