Fines worth £1,300 handed out over fly-tipping in town

A member of the public had dumped bags of household waste near a public litter bin in Ripon Way in the town.

Following local door-to-door investigations, Breckland Council's enforcement team was able to identify the person responsible and they were issued a Fixed Penalty Notice of £400.
