Brett Duncan, 51, died after his vessel crashed into a stationary houseboat in July last year.

Lowestoft & Oulton Broad Motor Boat Club temporarily suspended races as investigations were launched, before announcing the end of last year's season early.

Now the club has said that, even though the investigations have concluded, it is still waiting for permission for on-water activities to begin again.
