Alice Mayhew had submitted the proposal to North Norfolk Council to convert the land in Edgefield, near Holt, into an equestrian site.

The bid included three new stables, alongside a tack room, feed room and hay barn with adjacent paddocks and a sand or rubber all-weather schooling area on the field by Ramsgate Street.
