Mark Forster has applied for permission to build nine homes in High Kelling, on the edge of Holt, from North Norfolk District Council.

The site, which is off Heathfield Road, has been used in the past as grazing land but it has been said that it has mostly become overgrown with brambles and small self-seeded trees.

The application is for planning in principle at this stage.
