Hopkin Homes has now acquired 18.8 acres of land to the southeast of Loddon for its new development of 180 homes called Loddon Rise off Beccles Road.

The developers were granted final planning permission last year for the site by South Norfolk Council.

The homes will vary between one to four-bedrooms, and will vary in style including bungalows, apartments, and houses.

It will see 59 affordable homes provided, comprising a mixture of shared ownership and affordable rent, and an additional nine plots available for self-build.
