The former Barclays Bank in Church Plain, Loddon is on the market after plans were approved to renovate the space into six "luxury" apartments and a commercial space.

Loddon Town Council discussed the potential of buying the building at a full town council but the press and the public were excluded from that part of the agenda.

And following the meeting the council said it refused to disclose any information regarding the discussion on the possibility of purchasing the premises.
