Village pub closed for a decade still searching for new owners
The Crown Inn in Weybread, a small village in the north of Suffolk near the border with Norfolk, has been vacant for more than a decade.
It was initially put up for sale under estate agents Everard Cole in October of last year for offers in the region of £200,000.
The pub remains on the market for the same price.
The estate agents are advising new owners that all areas of the pub are in need of significant repairs and refurbishment.

Inside The Crown Inn, there is a main bar with a servery, fireplace and its own separate front entrance.
There is also a trade kitchen and prep area, ladies' and gentlemen's toilets to the rear and back door access to the pub garden.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is private accommodation for the owners.
It comprises four bedrooms, three of which are en suite, a lounge and a kitchen area.
Outside the property, there is a patio garden area, a garage and store room, and side access to a rear car park which has parking available for 10 cars.
