The West Winch Access Road - a vital scheme that will be built to enable 4,000 homes to go ahead - will go before Norfolk County Council's planning committee in May.

The 1.5-mile road would connect the A47 and the A10 south of King's Lynn to help ease traffic, which will increase when the new housing is built.
