The scheme, proposed for land off Meadowland Drive in Bradwell, will face Great Yarmouth Borough Council's planning committee for a second time next week.

A previous attempt in August last year failed to gain permission, after officers complained the project would not make the best use of the land available.

They said the developer was not planning to build enough homes and that there was space for 14 more.
