The state of the parcel of land near Gogg's Mill close to Fakenham is causing frustration and raising questions for passers-by.

It was bought at auction in 2022 and the new owner did have plans to turn the Hempton location into a community green space.

However, these plans have faltered and three years later, a burnt-out caravan and other bits of waste are all that remain at the site.

The land is close to Gogg's Mill picnic area - a much-loved........
