Persimmon Homes is installing new traffic lights and a pedestrian crossing in Caister, which has required the A149 bypass, known as Jack Chase Way, to shut until April 4.

The road closures have caused concern among villagers, with many worrying it could cause traffic woes as thousands of visitors flock to nearby beaches.
