David Buchanan, who runs Stalham's Broadside Chalet Park, says he has improved how the venue is operated after taking it over 15 months ago.

Speaking at a North Norfolk District Council licensing hearing, he tried to persuade councillors to grant an application to keep the park's clubhouse open later at night.

He said: "When we took this on, there was one heck of a drug problem.

"We have eradicated that. We can't stop people doing anything like........
