Norton Marsh Mill, in Norton Subcourse, dates back to 1863 and was subject to a programme of renovations in the late 1990s.

The renovations included the addition of a new Norfolk boat-shaped cap by highly regarded local millwright, Richard Seago.

Selling agent Waterside Estate Agents said: “Arranged over four storeys, with the addition of a shepherd’s hut, it enjoys panoramic views and a peaceful, private location — an ideal second home or holiday let opportunity.”

The agent noted that while the holiday home is suitable for year-round use, it cannot be used as a permanent home.
