Christopher Waller, 57, died at his home address on Temple Road in Norwich on June 16.

A short inquest opening at Norfolk Coroner’s Court has established his provisional cause of death as aspiration of gastric contents due to acute cocaine ingestion.

Mr Waller, who was born on January 3, 1969, in Norwich, was identified by his son.
