The body of Shaun Stannard, 31, was found at his flat in Norwich by his mother after he had left her a phone message saying 'goodbye'.

His inquest at Norfolk Coroner's Court was told the father-of-two had become hooked on cannabis after being introduced to the drug by a man when he was younger.

In a statement, his family said: "This friend mixed Shaun with people who were unstable. He started smoking cannabis.

"He moved into a studio flat in Great Yarmouth where Shaun and this man would take ketamine........
