Draco Chapman died after suffering “irreversible and catastrophic brain injuries” following the tragedy at his home in Lakenham, Norwich, in April 2019.

He was found by an older sibling with his head jammed between two stair gates at the bottom of the stairs while his mother was out at a parent’s evening.
