Bench unveiled to honour former seaside town DJ and entrepreneur
Richard Routledge, a former soul DJ and fashion retailer in Gorleston, died in July last year.
The new bench, funded by Gorleston Traders Association (GTA), was presented to his family in Priory Gardens.

Kevin Huggins, retired chairman of the GTA, said: "Richard was a king pin of Gorleston High Street.
"Everyone knew Richard. He was a lovely person and would do anything for anyone.
"It is a touching tribute to Richard and needed to be here for the people of Gorleston."

Mr Routledge hosted the legendary Richard's Parties - soul, funk and dance events which entertained thousands of people and brought top DJs like Pete Tong and Carl Cox to Great Yarmouth.
Admired for his work in men's fashion, he set up the vintage clothes shop What Is Hip on Gorleston High Street in 2017.

In 2018, he was honoured with the Great Yarmouth Tourism Business Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising his outstanding contribution to the town's community and cultural life.
