An application was lodged by Mr John Heaton for five properties on land near The Street in Mileham, near Dereham.

This would have seen three two-storey homes, a one-and-a-half storey property, and a bungalow on the site.

A kitchen, living room, dining room, four parking spaces, and either three or four bedrooms were to be included in each home.
