Plans had been put forward by Henry and James Joice for Maytree Farm in Bawdeswell near Dereham.

The site is no longer used in connection to farming, with the barn and other buildings described as "in a poor state of repair".

The barn will be converted into a home and four new properties would also be built on the land.
