The blaze broke out at Thomas Bullock Church of England Primary Academy in Shipdham at around 2pm on August 13.

It was confirmed to have been caused by refracted light on "playground furniture", revealed to be the Perspex canopy in the Reception outdoor area.

The fire, which was started accidentally during the hot weather, caused significant damage to three classrooms and the roof.
