The proposals were lodged by Robert Bale for a development near Nowhere Lane in Sparham, near Dereham.

The units would be located on adjoining land to eight existing ones at the Middle of Nowhere holiday home site.

But the plans have sparked concerns from Sparham Parish Council, particularly with regards to drainage.
