Lowestoft has become the latest East Suffolk parish to formally adopt a Neighbourhood Plan.

With locals being urged to decide whether the Lowestoft Neighbourhood Plan, prepared by Lowestoft Town Council, should be used to determine future planning applications, it contained a vision for 2036.
