Major new coastal complex on vacant land could get go-ahead
Plans to redevelop vacant land and unveil a new retirement living complex complete with 36 apartments is being recommended for approval.
Proposals for the site on land south of Sole Bay Health Centre in Teal Close, Reydon had first been lodged with East Suffolk Council in July last year, but the applicants McCarthy Stone revised its plans over drainage and highways issues as the scheme came under fire.
