Concerns over staffing at care home raised by inspection watchdog

Estherene House was visited three times by inspectors from healthcare regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in April and May.

The residential care home on the corner of Apple Tree Close and Kirkley Park Road in Kirkley, Lowestoft - which is provided and run by QH (Rosewood) Limited - was rated as requires improvement overall.

It was previously rated as good during its last CQC inspection in 2021.
