Bid to turn Victorian home into HMO is denied for FOURTH time
Three previous schemes that could have seen a mid terrace property in Kirkley, south Lowestoft, converted into housing for asylum seekers were turned down last year after numerous objections.
These change of use plans - all lodged within the space of six months last year - earmarked using the property at 47 London Road South as "essential housing to asylum seekers in partnership with Serco Ltd".
