Bid to turn 'unsightly' building with cash machine into new home fails
Change of use plans to create a new property at a disused storage area that was described as unsightly have been turned down.
The proposals for the vacant single storey building at 136 London Road South in Kirkley, Lowestoft - which was previously used for storage and features an unused cash machine - earmarked a new two bedroom home with a "high quality design".
