A hybrid planning application has been submitted for a phased development on the outskirts of a Suffolk town.

Plans were initially lodged with East Suffolk Council in February, and have since been updated for the land off Hedley Lane in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft.

The bid includes full planning for "two self-build dwellings" and "outline planning (all matters reserved) for one self-build plot" on the land adjacent to White House off Hedley Lane.
