Officers from Suffolk police attended the crash on London Road, in Wrentham, just before 2pm on Thursday.

A spokeswoman said officers attended with concerns on the welfare of the driver following the incident.

The ambulance service and Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service also attended the scene.

The driver did not need medical attention, the spokeswoman added.

The fire service requested that drivers avoid the area and find alternative routes.

The road was closed until 2.45pm when the vehicle was recovered and the road was cleared.
