Pub chain wins planning appeal despite 'unacceptable harm' claim to neighbours
The Chestnut Group has won an appeal to build a two-bedroom house on land next to the Maltings Hotel in Weybourne.
Its plans had been met with a backlash from villagers and were refused by North Norfolk District Council.
The hospitality group's plans would see the house be used as part of the hotel complex, either as managers accommodation or large family accommodation, or be sold on the property market.
