Wayford Marina had unveiled grand plans for the new stern-on moorings at its site, on the Ant near Stalham. It also wanted to create new boardwalks and pontoons.

It had sought permission from the Broads Authority to carry out to work, which involved excavating the bank to create a new basin, but has now withdrawn its application.
