Norwich Theatre has put forward plans to transform the closed George Bush funeral home at 39 Oak Street, just off St Crispins Road, into a costume hire shop to City Hall.

The plans propose lifting conditions which restrict the usage of the building.

The home was ran by East of England Coop funeral services.
