Bewick Homes Ltd, based in Cambridgeshire, has been forced to apply for retrospective planning for the 24 apartments at Thorpe House, 79 Thorpe Road.

If Norwich City Council doesn’t approve the application the developer could face enforcement action- which could mean the tenants will be evicted and the flats revert back into office space.
