Cafe owner blames loud drilling for keeping away city's al fresco diners
Roland Schreiber, who owns Expresso café in St Georges Street, says the racket to install EV charging points at St Andrew's Hall has been affecting his trade.

He said: "It is obviously damaging our business for people who want to enjoy our catering offering outside in this fantastic weather.
"We have been given no notice about this.
"However it is essential work as I understand it and it has to be done.
"I hope it’s over soon,........
