Police were called to Bannatyne Health Club & Spa at Northside Business Park in Thorpe St Andrew on March 25 after a man was caught masturbating in a jacuzzi.

Officers arrested a suspect in his 50s on suspicion of indecent exposure.

He was taken to Aylsham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

Norfolk Constabulary has now confirmed he has been released on bail until May 6 and the investigation is ongoing.

A spokesman for Bannatyne said: "We’re pleased the police are looking into this matter and the individual’s membership has been suspended.

"All our members are expected to act with decorum, and anyone who is found not to abide by the club’s rules will have their membership terminated.”
