Kate Carter has launched Fraggie's on the Esplanade in Sheringham and is specialising in acai bowls.

The sweet treat is a smoothie-like dish made from blended frozen acai fruit and top with things such as granola, fresh fruit and nut spread.

"Acai bowls are really popular abroad and in cities in the UK, but there's nothing like that in Sheringham," Ms Carter said.

"So it has been great to bring something different to Sheringham, and I already have some regulars.”

The menu includes Fraggie's Signature Bowl, made up of acai sorbet base, topped with granola, strawberries, banana, peanut butter, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.

People can also make their own with toppings of their choice.

As well as acai bowls, the trailer offers a range of canned drinks, coffees and matchas.

"I would not have been able to do this without the support of my parents," Ms Carter explained.

"Since opening, I have had an amazing response from locals.

"I have honestly been shocked at how supportive and positive people have been.

"People have been loving the bowls."

The trailer is open from 8am to 3pm every week from Tuesday to Sunday, though Ms Carter is hoping to make stops at businesses around the county while she gets established.

Later this month, she is collaborating with The Goat Shed at Honingham and is planning an event with Apollo Health Clinic in Sheringham.

"I am teaming up with as many local businesses as possible," she added.

"They have all been so great to me.

"Easter weekend was so busy and I am really looking forward to the summer."
