Kevin Bright had recently moved to Church Lane, Mundesley, with his family.

He contacted Vodaphone to have his broadband moved to the new address and was given an activation date of June 9.

Mr Bright, who has been with Vodaphone for over 25 years, said the Openreach contractor who attended the property told them the pole serving the home was unsafe to climb because of the tree adjacent to it.
