Contemporary Catering Company, based in Walsingham, was serving pizzas at Langham Street Fayre on Saturday, August 15, when it switched to taking payments offline because of connectivity problems. 

But when staff later connected the card reader to Wi-Fi, every transaction was later declined even though it said it had approved, the business said.
