Dereham Town Council (DTC) is set to discuss five options being put forward by the district council about taking ownership of the Cherry Tree, Cowper Road and Swaffham Hill car parks, which are currently free to use.

The offer comes as Breckland invites towns across Norfolk to assume control of their car parks amid moves towards local government reorganisation.
