Jake Lie, from Norwich, was driving a white Vauxhall Movano van when it was involved in a crash with an orange DAF truck at East Winch, near King’s Lynn.

An inquest into his death - which opened on Friday - was told he was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, where he died of his injuries on July 25, two days after the crash.
