Council to decide fate of proposed 400-home development along the A47
South Norfolk Council’s planning committee will decide on Wednesday whether to grant permission for the scheme in Cringleford, and has been advised by officers to give it the go-ahead.
The proposal, submitted by Barrett David Wilson Homes, forms the final phase of a wider 1,056-home allocation known as Cringleford Heights.

The first phase of the development was approved in 2016 and is still in development on the land off Colney Lane and at St Giles Park, around half a mile away from the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and bordered by the A47.
