Romanian charged with Norfolk beach rape after being arrested as he re-entered UK
Madalin Ilinca, 34, a Romania national, of Stafford Road, Great Yarmouth, was stopped at the port of Dover while re-entering the UK on Sunday (June 7).
He was arrested on suspicion of rape and sexual offences following reports........
