Norwich Airport introduces UK-first to help passengers
It has partnered with local company Access to Words to help provide passengers with additional needs "on-demand multi-lingual support".
This means that those who benefit from British Sign Language, hearing instructions aloud and reading larger print can easily access the information they need during their visit.
