New chippy plans among public notices to be aware of in Norfolk

The site spans more than eight acres to the west of the village, which is home to little more than 1,000 people.
Abel Homes has outlined designs for a total of 53 dwellings, including bungalows and a block of four flats, a children's play area and new footpaths.
Plans for the new housing will be considered by Broadland Council in due course.
A previous application for the same site was refused in 2023 (Image: Newsquest) Pawsome Paddock, in Mill Road in Burgh Castle, is seeking retrospective approval to change the use of a grazing paddock into a dog exercise park.
A planning statement says the proposed development, which opened in 2021, will provide a much-needed new dog exercise and training facility.
A previous application for the same site was refused in 2023.
