The incident happened at 1.40pm on Thursday inside the shop in London Street, Norwich, when a man was seen acting aggressively inside.

Officers attended and arrested a man in his 50s on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.

Richard Law, 50, of Northumberland Street, Norwich, has since been charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

Law is due to appear before Norwich Magistrates’ Court on June 16.
