Designs for 40 new homes in Buxton will be determined by Broadland Council in due course (Image: ESCO Developments)The proposals lodged with Broadland Council seek permission for the scheme in Buxton, near Aylsham.

The new housing would be built across five acres of farmland to the north of the village, which is currently home to around 1,000 people.

The plans include 40 homes, public open space and new roads and pathways providing access to the site.

The developers expect the majority of the dwellings will be two-storey, with four being bungalows.
