Great Yarmouth Borough Council issued fixed penalty notices to three offenders after the illegally dumped waste was found across Great Yarmouth and Gorleston.

In the first incident, on March 4, flooring and bedding were dumped beside a litter bin in the children’s play area in Hawthorn Road, Gorleston.
