Rebecca Simper, 42, of Saddlebow Road, and Luke Webb, 32, of Saddlebow Caravan Park, both in King's Lynn, were prosecuted after vehicles registered to them were used to transport waste to unauthorised sites in Clenchwarton.

Simper's van was linked to two dumping locations, while Webb's white Ford Transit tipper was spotted at one of the sites.
