Colby came into the care of Safe Rescue for Dogs around a year ago after being abandoned overseas.

The five-year-old was rescued from the Botosani public shelter in Romania and "feared humans from all that he'd seen".

Colby is a medium crossbreed who now loves to play and is "beside himself with excitement" when his fosterer........
